Time to defrost: Take out of its packing in frozen condition. Defrosting time depends on the desired surface to be defrosted. If to be defrosted completely: 15 minutes at roomtemperature (in case of immediate use), 25 minutes in the refrigerator.
Store at -18°C. After thawing, store for a maximum of 48 hours between 0 and 4°C. Do not refreeze a thawed product.
