A rich chocolate crémeux based on caramel and chocolate. Can be used as a flavor bomb on an aperitif spoon or to add more complexity to your dessert plate.
Thawing time: 5 minutes at room temperature (if immediate use), 10 minutes in the refrigerator.
Store at -18°C. After thawing, store for a maximum of 48 hours between 0 and 4°C. Do not refreeze a thawed product.
