A soft cremeux based on hibiscus. The combinations that can be made with hibiscus are endless. This herb is delicious with meat, fish, vegetables and even with grill dishes. It is also used to season a broth or a warm sauce. In the pastry industry this herb is mostly used in chocolate desserts and fruit salads.
Time to defrost: 5 minutes at room temperature (for immediate use), 10 minutes in the refrigerator.
Store at -18°C. To be consumed within 48 hours when kept refrigerated. Never refreeze products that have been thawed.
