A soft cremeux based on lemongrass. This herb is often used in the Asian kitchen and has a typical citrus scent. It’s delicious in combination with salmon, langoustines or steak tartare.
Time to defrost: 5 minutes at room temperature (for immediate use), 10 minutes in the refrigerator.
Store at -18°C. To be consumed within 48 hours when kept refrigerated. Never refreeze products that have been thawed.
