A soft cremeux based on curcuma and ginger. This herb is often used in the Indian kitchen but it also appears to be a very good combination with scallops or sea bass tartare.
Time to defrost: 5 minutes at room temperature (for immediate use), 10 minutes in the refrigerator.
Store at -18°C. To be consumed within 48 hours when kept refrigerated. Never refreeze products that have been thawed.
